ABOUT US
The Universitas Foundation was established in 2016, having as its main mission the promotion of knowledge for purposeful change in the world.
The aims of Universitas Foundation are:
- To foster knowledge through supporting research leading to innovative proposals for tackling contemporary social, economic and political problems,
- To transmit Knowledge through forums of open communication, publications and other means,
- To establish and/ or support knowledge creation institutions such as universities and research centres.
Furthermore and as specified by its mission, the Universitas Foundation aims for knowledge which can be put in the service of worthy causes such as sustainable development, democracy, open and transparent institutions, multicultural cohabitation, peaceful coexistence and respect for civil and human rights.
